Authorized Parking Only Ltd. was established in 1987 by Robert Mitchell and Darryl Gordon and has been in continuous operation under their direct control since that date.

As one of the first private companies to separate Parking Control from the Security Industry, we were able to develop many specialized services and programs previously unavailable to private property owners. Our forte is still the development of Customized Parking Control programs suited to each property owner's needs - whether is is tagging only, tagging and towing, Visitor Voice Mailboxtm or permits, the options are yours to choose from.

Authorized Parking Only Ltd. was the FIRST to introduce Visitor Voice Mailboxtm , computerized Tagging and Towing Reports, computerized Visitor Reports, Alter Proof Visitor Permits and Now, On-Line Reports over the Internet.

In addition, all of our employees are paid by the hour, not by the ticket or tow. This policy has been in place since the founding of our company. This is important to you, the property owner, as you can be assured that every ticket issued is a "good" ticket, and every tow is a "good" tow and has not been done just to increase someone's paycheque.
