A.P.O. offers the most thorough tagging services in the industry. Every unlawfully parked vehicle will be tagged, thereby giving your property the maximum parking control program available for the fewest possible dollars.

1. External:   On arrival at your property we will check the fire routes, no parking zones, handicapped parking zones and tag any unlawfully parked vehicles. We will also tag the visitor parking areas as per your instructions. Our fee varies and is based on the size and tagging requirements of each property.

2. Rush:   On special occasions when you require tagging service on short notice, we offer an “ON- CALL”  status to your property. This allows selected individuals {appointed by management} to call A.P.O. for RUSH tagging services.  Our fee ranges from $26.00 to $47.00 per RUSH tagging request. A full fire route patrol will be conducted at the same time, which is included in the above fee.

3.  Visitor Voice Mailbox:  We have a special phone line that your residents may call to register late arriving guests. This is not a replacement for your current permit system, however this system will avoid the problem of legitimate visitors being tagged and the superintendents/board members from being disturbed late at night for permits. You will receive a monthly report of all calls received.  The management/corporation will be charged a flat fee of $50.00 per month for the use of this system.

4. Towing: Effective January 1st, 2002, towing is available city wide again. Our fee of $10.00 per vehicle will be charged.
 

In order to comply with the Toronto Police and other Municipal regulations and to offer you a complete service package, we must attend court from time to time to support the violation tags we issue. A flat fee of $30.00 per month will be charged to help defray the costs of court appearances.

You will receive a computerized tagging report every three weeks, which will outline all of the vehicles which have been tagged/towed during that period. On-Line Reports are available on our Web Site, these reports contain such information as the officer who tagged the site, dates, times and reason for tagging/towing.
